We do not sell any new parts manufactured by the Bose Corporation. By making a purchase you are acknowledge that the parts you are buying are not original Bose parts and that you understand that the high-quality parts you are buying to replace your faulty Bose parts are manufactured or reconditioned by Invebo.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Payments on our website by PayPal and credit card. The currency displayed in the on-line store is the currency that will be charged to your card. If it is the same currency as your credit card is charged in then no conversion fees will be incurred.

We do not charge for items paid by Paypal until until it is ready to ship.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us at sales@invebo.com and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling In the UK we use Royal mail first-class delivery. For overseas we use air mail small packet post that is reliable and cost effective. Packages to mainland Europe usually and arrive in two to seven working days. Packages to North America take about three to eight working days. East coast is usually significantly quicker than West but there may be slow periods during festive seasons and during periods of adverse weather.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. Most orders are shipped to you within one business day. A confirmation email will be sent when shipping takes place. International orders are generally received in under seven days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders The current stock status for each item is displayed on the on the 'add to cart panel'. For items on back order the advisory shipping date displayed in the add to cart panel is the best estimate of the date when shipping will resume for that part. We will keep you informed by email if for some reason beyond our control this date changes.

Guarantee TERMS OF FIXED-PRICE REPAIR SERVICES
Our repair services are intended for customers who are the end-user of the equipment. We endeavour to repair every dock and will do everything we can to ensure that your dock is returned as promised. However there are a few exceptional circumstances where we cannot provide a fixed-price repair. If your dock has a broken or missing docking connector then that is no problem as every dock is returned with a brand new gold-plated docking connector fitted. However some unscrupulous repair centres send us docks that are missing parts or are constructed from scrap parts. To enable us to maintain very competitive pricing and to provide a fair service protect your repair service from abuse the following applies:

1. If a unit does not qualify for the service for reasons set out in 2,3, & 4 the repair fee will be refunded in full.
2. The fixed-price repair service is valid for end-user equipment that is complete and consists of its original parts.
3. Units constructed from spare or faulty parts are not eligible for the fixed-price repair service.
4. Units that have sustained severe liquid damage may be beyond economical repair.

REPAIR TURN-AROUND
We will Endeavour to repair and ship your item within 3 business after the day of receipt of your item at our repair centre. If you have purchased a free diagnostic service then we will contact you by email to report the outcome of the initial test within three business days after the day of receipt of your item.

OVERSEAS REPAIRS
Sound processors and docking boards are accepted for repair from overseas and the return shipping costs for the standard economy air mail shipping are covered in your order and are paid at check-out.
The following conditions apply to complete SoundDocks received from outside the UK:
1. Additional return shipping will be incurred for dock upgrades and repair services placed on the UK site from abroad. We are happy to quote the exact amount so please contact us for a quotation.
2. Free return shipping of items serviced under warranty only applies to UK delivery addresses.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Directive subject to UK law.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 21 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, and returned in the original packaging along with the full contents. Note: Replacement and substitutions for incorrectly ordered or faulty items will be sent when items have been returned.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.


TERMS OF REPAIR SERVICES

1. In these conditions "INVEBO" means INVEBO Service Centres, its divisional companies or its authorised service contractors. "Customer" means the initial purchaser of the product from an Approved INVEBO or an authorised Reseller in the UK & Ireland.

2. INVEBO warrants to the customer that if a product is or becomes defective and that if in the opinion of INVEBO the defect is due to faulty materials or workmanship, INVEBO will from the date of sale of the product to the customer and during the warranty period or for a further period of protection appropriate to the product as advised by INVEBO from time to time, repair or replace, at its sole option, free of charge, any such defective component part of the equipment, subject to the following conditions:
a) The product has at all times been used in accordance with any the operating instructions issued by INVEBO or the original product manufacturer.
b) The warranty only covers breakdowns or faults due to defect in materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear & tear, gradual deterioration in performance, failure caused by, use of unauthorised or unsuitable software, connection to incompatible equipment, ingress of moisture, fluid or foreign bodies, physical or electrical stress, connection to an electrical supply for which it has not been adjusted, lightning strike, incorrect storage, operation or use of the product in unsuitable environments or inappropriate applications, incorrect installation, lack of routine maintenance mentioned in the operating instructions supplied with the product, accidental damage or damage caused by negligence or misuse, incorrect fitting of lamps, filters, batteries or other consumables or parts or any other items considered to be of a consumable nature, usage of parts or consumables not approved by INVEBO, unauthorised modification, incorrect adjustment or repair by persons other than INVEBO trained personnel.
c) Should a breakdown occur and a replacement product is provided in place of a repair to the original product, the replacement product shall be regarded as a like for like replacement and the balance of any remaining warranty period will transfer to the replacement product. Subject to product availability INVEBO reserve the right to provide a fully refurbished exchange unit as the replacement product. Should this remedy be unavailable, an alternative model may be offered as the replacement product. If an alternative model is provided it will be of the same or of a higher specification than that of the original product but may not be identical in every respect. When a replacement product is provided; ownership of the replacement product will vest in the Customer and of the replaced product in INVEBO.
d) The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty against INVEBO is for the repair or replacement of the product or any defective part or parts. No other remedy, including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damage or loss of whatsoever nature shall be available.
e) This warranty is made available to the Customer who is the initial purchaser of the product provided that an appropriate proof of purchase can be shown. This warranty is not transferable and the place of performance of any service provided by this warranty is within the UK and Ireland only.
f) Terms of payment for repair service is 14 days after the repair has been invoiced. The repaired item(s) will be subject to disposal if the repair invoice has not been paid within 35 days of invoce.

3. TERMS OF FOR SERVICE/REPAIR EXCLUSIONS

a) INVEBO shall not be liable for installation or removal or de-installation or re-installation of the equipment or for call out charges or collection or delivery charges relating to an equipment repair or replacement or for any costs incurred as a result of having to reposition a new or replacement product as noted in paragraph 2c or for any loss consequential or otherwise caused by a delay in the performance of services provided for under this warranty or further periods of protection and at their sole discretion and subject to conditions prevailing at the time INVEBO reserve the right to withdraw in part or total those other services or further periods of protection other than the standard warranty which may have been offered from time to time.
Where a further period of protection has been offered in addition to the standard 6 month warranty and where an alternative "New Product" has been provided as noted in paragraph 2c after the expiry of the standard 6 month warranty then such further period of protection which was applicable to that original product shall be rescinded.

DIAGNOSTIC TES/REPAIR ORDERS
i) Items sent for a free diagnostic check should be complete and all components must be present. All items are subject to an initial test and inspection. Items that are found to be complete and non-functional will, without out reference to the customer, will proceed to the service stage, according to the fixed price quoted at the time placement of the order for the diagnostic test.
ii) If your item is found to be incomplete or damaged at the initial test will be placed on hold whilst we will contact the customer to advise the issues not covered by the standard repair charge and if thought to be repairable an estimation of any additional cost quoted in writing. If no response or instruction is received from the customer within seven day days of our notification email, the hold on the item will be released and the item will proceed to the repair stage and the quoted price will be applied.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
i) Component parts which due to their nature become worn and are expected to be replaced in normal use, cosmetic items, remote controls, keyboards, controllers or parts and consumable items such as lamps, filters, batteries, tapes, drive belts, cables, leads etc.
ii) Any requirement to clean or remove dust or other material deposits from the surfaces, connectors or from other so affected parts or systems.
iii) On-site services. Equipment not originally supplied by INVEBO or through an approved UK or Ireland Reseller.
iv) Warranty Return Shipping costs
All Warranty for repaired items is provided on a return to base basis. Invebo does will not cover shipping costs between the customer and Invebo for a warranty claim. Return to customer shipping costs for repair item(s) covered by warranty terms is included in the warranty.
d) Payment Schedule for Completed Repairs
Invebo reserves the right to dispose of repaired items that remain unpaid after thirty days of invoice with no compensation to the customer.
