Our service gives every dock a brand new lease of life. Please read the service description very carefully. We offer refurbishment and repair of the dock. All services include hardware reliability upgrades, cosmetic treatment and a 12-month warranty. All docking connectors are replaced. The Bose SoundDock is a classic and is still the best on the market so it is one of the few things that are worth repairing. If you want to bring your dock bang up to date the scroll down to see the USB and Bluetooth 5.0 upgrades. Purchase the repair or upgrade and you will receive an email with shipping details and instructions. Print and attach the PRE-PAID Royal Mail Tracked-Return label to your package and it drop off at the nearest Post Office. It will be safely tracked all the way to our repair centre. (UK Customers only). All shipping charges to get your dock here and back are included in the price. Please note: Your dock will be dispatched back to you by overnight courier between one and three working days after receipt. If you have any doubts about our service then please search for SoundDock repairs on eBay to see the comments of hundreds of satisfied customers. >All docks are returned with a new dock connector fitted!< If you live outside the UK then please contact us before ordering. If you prefer you can make an appointment to drop in to our repair centre and we will repair / upgrade whilst you wait. Dock repairs are covered by our 12-month Invebo warranty. Module repairs are covered by our 24-month warranty.

In addition to fitting a new docking connector and adding reliability modifications to all units we also fix ALL faults for a fixed price such as:

  • No sound.
  • Broken or Damaged Docking Connector (The bit that the IPOD plugs onto).
  • Audio processor failure.
  • Broken Power Connector on rear of unit.
  • Power amplifier failure.
  • Remote control receiver failure. (Not the hand-held seperate remote control).
  • Units that sound tinny or horrible.
  • Worn or damaged internal connectors.
  • Broken or faulty volume control switches.
  • Intermittent sound from either or both speakers.
  • All functional faults

    • Please note that broken plastics, damaged wire grilles or severe liquid damage may not be repairable. If you suspect your power supply is faulty then please email us for the diagnostic video or use our exchange power supply service or send it to us for a free check.

    This is the same service to repair and renew your dock as our 'Original Fixed Price and Repair and Renew as listed above but this as well as the USB charge upgrade modification and support for Streaming extreme-quality Bluetooth 5 audio form any SmartPhone or tablet. It will also charge and play all Iphones and the later Apple 30-pin devices that require USB charging. If you dock has failed then you can take this opportunity to get it repaired and upgraded. The repair will restore your dock's sound to its out-of-box performance and add the new wireless streaming to bring it bang up to date to enable it to out-perform any comparable products currently available in the market place. It will give you many years of excellent Bose sound and remote wireless streaming .
