We will repair all faults* and dispatch your dock between one and three working days after receipt. All parts that may be suspect are checked and replaced so the repair is effectively a refurbishment. All power supplies are tested and if faulty we will contact you to discuss the options before we go ahead with the repair/upgrade. We also polish the dock because we really love new shiny Bose docks. The repair will restore your dock to its out-of-box performance and afterwards it will give you many years of excellent Bose sound.
