Our repair service is fast and reliable. The Bose SoundDock is a classic and is still the best on the market so it is one of the few things that are worth repairing. Simply purchase the repair and you will receive an email giving you information to enable you to send your dock's sound processor. Your processor will be will be dispatched back to you by first class airmail within one week of receipt. The airmails Services between invebo, the USA and CANADA are cheap and very reliable.

If you have power from the DC power supply then 99% if dock failures are due to the sound processor or the docking board. If you need a diagnosis send your sound processor and docking board to us and we will run diagnostic tests to see what is faulty. We can then offer the replacement part, repair service or upgrade appropriate to your needs at the prices shown here on in the store. The diagnostic service is free. If the parts you send are functioning then we send them back to you and there is no additional charge. Only the return shipping charge applies to this listing. If the controller in you Bose SoundDock Original is faulty then we can fix it for you. The repair is usually shipped back to you within a week of receiving it here. If your processor has liquid damage or burnt parts we need to run a couple of visual checks before you send it to us. All processors are tested within 24 hours if receipt it is found to be working then any repair fee charged will be refunded within 2 working days. Air mail to the UK to send your processor to us is approx $5.50. Check the video resources for instructions.
