If your SoundDock original does not charge your Apple device then this kit will give your dock the features to enable you to play and charge all generations of Apple devices that require USB charging (30-pin docking connector) including the Iphones, Ipod and Touch. PLEASE NOTE: This part is not compatible with Type B Docks.This is a direct replacement for Bose part number #282490-001 & 276993-001 and will enable you to complete the upgrade in about five minutes.
SoundDock Original Check & Diagnostic video The supported foam overlay replaces the sticky overlay and holds the docking board in place. Therefore no adhesives are required. Note you also get a new docking connector. Click on the gold bar above to check your dock type.
