This kit is UNIVERSAL AND FITS ALL SOUNDDOCK ORIGINAL SERIES 1. It gives your dock the ability to stream the highest quality audio from any Bluetooth enabled smart phone, tablet or PC. The charge upgrade feature is also compatible with all Apple devices that require USB charging (30 pin connector) including the Iphone, Ipod Touch and later generations of Ipod. This is a direct replacement that fits any Bose SoundDock Original Series 1. The upgrade can be completed in about five minutes. The supported foam overlay replaces the sticky overlay and holds the docking board in place. No adhesives are required. Note you also get a new docking connector.
